2011 Wrangler Unlimited
Does anyone know of any Florida Lemon Law attorneys? I bought a 2011 from Sunset Dodge. I found out when the Jeep had a massive electrical malfunction that Sunset and the prior dealership (dealer swap) both had electrical warranty work done. I am now on my 4th time for this massive problem. And I have only had the Jeep one month! Stay away from Sunset Dodge. I would also stay away from this new 2011 Wrangler Unlimited. Please let me know. Thx.

|Jon M||I had a lemon law issue with a truck I bought a couple of years ago. I won, was reimbursed and the motor co. had to take the truck back. My issue was a leaky sunroof that after repeated repair attempts kept leaking. The arbitrator ruled in my favor citing that the sunroof leak was not a safety issue but it did have an impact on potential resale value. Basically here in Florida the lemon law looks at safety, mechanical and value. I didn't get an attorney, did it all myself. Just keep records, document everything, take pictures and follow all the instructions in the lemon law booklet that should have come with your vehicle. In the end I received approx $7,500 back. Once you officially initiate the claim, if there is no response from the manufacturer, the assumption is they assume liability for the issue and you are automatically entitled to the remedy of your choosing. Again this is in Florida. Good luck!|

I have seen a disclaimer on a companys website already stating this and they even supply sealer with the new top. The problem is not a safety issue or mechanical failure so good luck with the lemon law claim.|
