Budget lift

I'm new to jeeping and I keep seeing budget lifts. I have a body lift on my current jeep and hate how it looks. I don't have the money to buy an expensive suspension kit right now. How much do budget lifts cost and do they show the gaps like the body lift? Can I take the body lift off and install a budget lift. It's a 3"BL with 33's so if I got a 2" or 2.5" budget lift I am thinking I would have to go down in tire size. If so what size? 31x10x50??? sorry for all the questions...any help would be greatly appreciated.
