WakeSnowSurf850 Awesome! thanks for the info.
I just picked up a 99 4.0. And I am not wanting to go to crazy on ride height and tire size because I will be doing some minor towing, but still want an aggressive off road look and capability.
I am thinking the 2-2.5" area with 31 or 32's is about where I want to be.
Thanks again!
Ill add the Zone kit to my short list!!

Tackelbarry I am running 31x10.5x15 Goodyear Duratracs. The kit was $354.00 including shipping. I bought the quick disconnects seperately. I have a LoD front winch bumper on order and my winch is already here ready too install.

Picture and review of Zone 2" bb lift.

I ordered and installed the Zone 2" bb lift. The kit I ordered included the spring spacers, bump stop extensions, gas shocks, shock boots, cam alignment kit, and steering stabilizer. We also installed a set of JKS quick disconnects, since one of mine, factory, was broken at the top.
The install took about 4 hours, we took our time, and it went very smoothly. I picked up some grade 8 bolts and dropped the transfer case (5 washers) to eliminate the possibility of any drivetrain vibrations. I was concerned about the, potentially, harsh ride that I have heard about regarding gas shocks, but the tech at Zone assured me that their shocks were valved specifically for the weight of the TJ.
I am 100% satisified. My Jeep rides better than stock. It also runs true, straight and with no vibrations. If you are looking for a less expensive lift, I highly recommend the Zone 2" bb lift that includes the components I purchased. Here is a picture.
