I know where your talking about. I used to take my blazer down there when I was in high school. You can get back there if you drive down the train tracks on the road just south of it. Highly illegal so I won't do it anymore. Not sure if you can get any permission from the church though, they installed permanent road blocks in the drive to get back there. I heard they closed it because people were dumping stolen cars back there. I believe cause I've seen cars back there.
I dud have some good times back there though, got my blazer stuck for a few hours and a friend that was with me that never wheeled before walked to a junk yard that is a little ways away and grabbed the mist off the wall crap to get me unstuck. It worked though. Lol. RIP to him for serving in Afghanistan.

Old Trail in Wichita
Does anyone remember the old trails behind Riverlawn Christian Church, just north of I-235 on Meridian? They start on the NW corner of the church and go back into the woods dumping out by the big ditch and Crystal Lake. I went back there in High School and the director of the church told me that it's private property now and I would have to leave. We were in my buddies old Jeep. He was really cool about it. The trails aren't anything crazy, no big rocks to climb, but were really fun. I think if we can get permission from the church, it would be good local area to wheel for a day. You can see the trails on Bing maps or Google maps. Just throwing out some ideas for the guys in Wichita.
