red_rider if your old tires are quite worn, i'd certainly replace the tires with new ones-- m/t's or not-- during wintertime..

Snow Tires?

I have 31 x 10.5 BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A's on my 98 with a 3in lift. They have quite a bit of mileage on them. My girlfriend's dad hooked me up with 4 brand new ones for free so I'm not sure if putting new offroad tires on for winter are going to really make a difference.
