X2 on the Smittys but they're made by the same company and I don't know if there is really any difference. I have the rear bumper version. I picked mine up in a trade for a bumper I had on previously and I've had two dead Toyotas in tandem hooked up on my d-rings bringing them up a hill with no issues. I've done plenty of yanking recoveries on it as well and it's taken plenty of hard smacks on the rocks. I'm going to be swapping out my bumper soon, but not because of any issues with it.. I'm just getting a bumper with the tire carrier.
Shoot me a PM and I'll see if I can get you a better deal on it.

|MoA||smittybuilt are the same price but the d-ring mounts are welded through the bumpers|

|Clodhopper||I bought this bumper except for rear of my tj. The d-ring mounts are not welded through the bumper metal (which is about 3/16") and the paperwork that came with the bumper from the manufacturer stated that the d-ring mounts were for cosmetic (show) only and not designed for loads. I do not trust them for any recovery use. The mounting bolts were not quiet the right size and stripped easily. I replaced them with grade 8 bolts and a frame tie in kit. I guess that when you buy the cheapest bumper out there you get the "cheapest" bumper! If I had it to do over I would spend a little more money!|

Jeep Crawler Front Bumper with D-Rings by Pro Comp
Considering picking one of these up. Anyone run one of these? Any complaints? It's cheap, and it has drings. I'm going to beat the sh*t out of it anyways, so why drop a lot of $$$. I don't need something with a stinger, because I really don't need one. As for the future possibility of a wench, I can build something to work with this bumper, or just buy a winch plate.
