Thank you for your quick reply. My jeep does track to the right (the low side) even when on the left side of an obvious crowned two lane road. Checked the tires they are all with in a pound of each other. I’ll keep driving it and remeasure after the holidays, if there is a difference I’ll give Scot or Tracy a call.

One would hope that there wouldn't be that much difference in the quality control in the manufacturing process of the springs. A possibility, I guess, would be that your kit was accidentally shipped with a set of f/r 4.5" and 5.5" springs. I haven't heard of RE doing this before, but it is possible. Even if this was the case, you would think the installer would have caught it before the job started, or at the very least while in progress. I also don't see how the installer could possibly leave in any previously install "budget boost" components either.
I also can't see how an installer could possibly mis-install the sway bar end links in such a configuration that would cause that either. Maybe the springs from side to side didn't get seated properly in the buckets and is causing the issue. I would run it around town a bit, park it on level ground, then remeasure. If it is still noticeable, call and speak to Scott or Tracy at RE (877.367.7824 they will be open again on Jan 2nd) to see what may be causing the issue. Ask of the possibility of mis-shipped springs. If it drives and tracks true otherwise, that is the only issue I can think of. I have never seen a difference in height after install of the proper components of such proportions from side-to-side. You would think that when it settle out, that both sides would do so unilaterally and therefore be the same issue after said time frame.
Check your tire pressure. If you are low on the one side and high on the other, that may compensate for some of the issue since you are measuring to the body. Take some other measurements of the suspension to see if you can isolate where it is occurring.
Maybe someone else has had this experience and will chime in here. Good luck and send me an update when you isolate it.

Allen maybe you can confirm some information for me. I have a 2005 Wrangler TJ/LJ and purchased the Rubicon express 5.5” extreme duty long arm suspension kit form a local provider. They did the install. I Couldn’t be more please with the way it came out and I am looking forward to putting it to work. When I got it back home and in the garage I noticed the entire jeep was leaning to ward the passenger side. Got out the measuring tape and sure enough there is a one inch difference in the height at the front of the jeep between the driver side and the passenger side. (the driver side is taller) the rear is only 3/4 of an inch difference. THey tell me it should correct itself in a couple of weeks.
My question is..Is it normal for the jeep to be off by a full inch in the front after the lift install?
I am measuring from level ground up to the body on each side.
