The wheels and tires are Procomp
tires are LT315/75R16 M/T
wheels are 16X8 with a 4" BS model #8069-6873

Jeepluv07 Looks Great I was talkin to Joe the other day about gears, I was considering the 3.5 with 35s but couldnt decide between the 4.88 or the 5.13. He talked me into the 5.13. I was just hoping for some visual aid on how the 3.5 Mid arm looked. Now I cant wait to get mine guess its time to pinch a few pennies.


Also what size tire is that and on the aftermarket wheel is that the 4.75 backspacing. Trying to make sure about what Im lookin at.

NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE, Ah Joe's just trying to scare you. Just ask him what Jeremy from Rock Krawler did with his 4 door in Moab. And for the record if you are going to hit a triple in that mofo I want to be there.

1BLKJP Hey Matt, JK looks good boss. I met you up at the shop last friday when you were test fitting wheels. I gotta say those 4 Doors are growing on me. You won't be disapointed with hat setup.

Rub_319 Well first off let me say Thanks to Joe for convincing me to wait. It was well worth the wait. I put about 60 miles on it tonight. It drove prefect and I made it a point to hit every bump and corner as hard as I could. No ESP troubles, NO Bump steer, NO pulling left or right, No weird noses it just feels solid. Joe did a great job putting it all together and gave me a jeep I feel safe and confident with to put my kids in the back seat. And that is what I want.

The install is not hard, its just TEDIOUS. It does take some time, and as long as take your time, and read the instructions (Which I helped write.. ) you should have no problem. There is some drilling, and a small amount of welding with the rear tracbar bracket. You could really install it, then take it somewhere to have the bracket welded afterward, but before your first wheeling trip. Its just a little bit of welding the "wings" of the re-enforcement bracket to the axle. This rear trac-bar and bracket will also be available within a month to help repair the "other" kits that break brackets off.

Its one of the "wierd" terms in the JK market right now. A stock TJ Lower Control arm is 16.5 inches long, the JK "Mid-Arm" uses the stock mounts and is 21.375" long in the RK kit. A true Long arm is 40 inches long in the RK kit. So its really not a "short arm" and not really a "long arm" So its called a "Mid-Arm". Its confused in its identity.......

Scout Joe, when you say "mid-arm" does that mean the control arm mounts are moved? What constitutes it being a mid-arm?

simmersm Hey joe, what was the install like? Obviously driving to AZ is not really an option. Do you have any tips, secrets that you can give out. and can a do it your selfer with a diesel mechanic dad figure it out? also do you have pics of the build up?
