99white4.0 I would need the heavy duty spring kit because I plan to put a winch up front when funds allow for it lol

An XRC bumper and winch up front is about 150 pounds I'd say. So I want the least amount of sagging possible.

OME has a few different types of coil springs so it helps to have someone with experience.

Here is a quick shot of mine with 31's.

530ktm DPG Off Road is a place a lot of members recommend. They are very helpful with info too, from what I have read. I personally got my parts from 4wheel parts but you need to know what you are doing with those guys.

Depends on what you want to spend. My OME lift rides smoother than stock on-road as well as off.

+1 for DPG offroad. That's who I got mine through as well. Dirk will set you up with everything you need customized to your specific rig at a price that you can't beat by piecing it together yourself. He is there to answer any questions you have during the process as well. I would highly recommend him.

Also, I too went with the MML via new, taller mounts. It kind of defeats the purpose of a lift (as far as ground clearance) by doing a T-case drop. The MML wasn't all that difficult, just kinda tedious- but then again I was working alone.

village idiot Australia has laws that limit the amount of lift that can be installed on vehicles. As a consequence, OME has developed a very refined product working within those lift limitations.

I am running the 2.5" OME lift with 35's and highline fenders. No rub. As illustrated above, OME works excellent offroad. My experience on road is that it handles better than stock on the pavement. I have only good things to say about OME.

N6797 I got my parts from DPG offroad. OME lift, 1.25" jks BL, 1" MML, bump stops, quick discos, and traction bars. it wasn't cheap, but after doing a lot of research I wanted to do it once and do it right. I still have my 31s on, but 33s are perfect. Dirk (from DPG) said that you can run 35s if you do something with the fenders and the right backspacing. my rims are 3.75 I believe.

huskynation I'm running a 2" OME lift on an 03'. I have factory rims so I had to get spidertrax spacers to get enough offset for 32" Cooper STTs. No body lift nec. Just be sure that they give you the right year kit....they gave me Tcase drop from a different year and I was short a couple donuts - as a result the drive shaft hits the skid plate on lift. I don't jump my TJ so I don't worry about that too much. Def - get the right bumpstops though ! that is a must. Fairly easy install except for the springs.

So, if you have the right kit, bumpstops, and the right backspacing on our rims, then you should be able to fit 33" tires tightly and not rub. If you want max articulation, then stay with 32"s to be safe. No body lift nec.

Rides smooth as good, if not better, than stock susp.

UnlimitedLJ04 2.5" OME (933 fronts+ 0.75" spacer/949 rears), 1" bumpstop extensions in front, 1.5" in rear. Rokmen control arms, custom track bars & modified diff covers (to avoid contact at full bump), JeepMedic tummy tuck and AA SYE. Works great for me, suppose its considered a "hybrid lift".

Wesboy I've got OME lift, 1"BL and 33X12.5X15 rubber.
No rub issues but that's due to rims with 3.65" Backspacing.

Beer30 I'm also running the OME lift (springs and shocks) with a JKS 1.25 BL and a MML and have no rub issues with 33x12.5x15's.

It's a nice ride, you can't go wrong!

cavediverjc I'm running the OME Long Travel shocks and I love them. They're awesome offroad and nice and firm (but not too stiff) on the road. I won't buy anything else from here on out. I'm not running an OME lift (it's a Full Traction), but I've heard nothing but good about their springs. I don't think you'll be upset with ANYTHING that has OME on it.

Jp90Talon Thats my old jeep (kinda miss it since it felt "zippy" next to the LJ) but it had the popular JKS 1.25" BL and M.O.R.E 1" MML with the OME suspension

dan188 I run the OME lift and a 1" body lift and I don't have any rub issues at all with 33x12.50 tires... check out the flex

tlarm139 okay. But do u think ill get any rub? thats the last thing i want. im debating 31s or 32s. i want that nice squatty and wide (i guess i could say) look to it.
