MR.CLIFFORD Funny story from yesterday. I went to my closest Quik Trip and parked in the only available spot. I noticed another red wrangler with a hard top and full doors and some smaller tires parked a couple spots down. Both cars between the 2 red jeeps left. As I was walking in this woman walked out with tons of stuff in bags. She started walking towards my jeep and stopped right in front of me and said, "That isn't my jeep!" She turned around and started walking towards hers. I told her my wife wouldn't like it if I brought her jeep home with smaller tires.

Odhinn I honestly don't pay enough attention/flake out when off work to notice if I park next to other Jeeps. I think it is subconscious though because I always seem to notice one next to my heep when I get back.

Call it After work shutdown or maybe I've burned way to many brain cells in the past to run the mind all day.

daddyjeep I actually parked my red Chevy venture in a row of five GM vans all the same color at walmart. It was weird, a couple of Pontiacs, an Olds, and the rest ventures. All exactly the same color. I think I need to paint my van olive drab so it doesnt' blend in with all the others.

But yes, I do park my Jeep next to other Jeeps any chance I get.

activelydying Yea, but if he leaves the mall parking lot you're screwed.

Scout Carefull talking smack JJ. You're not TOO far from me.

jjseel I don't go to malls...much too technical for my JEEP. Maybe after I get a winch...then I could crawl the mall with Scout!

Dare2BSquare Could you imagine coming out of the mall and finding someone "parked" like that "beside" your jeep.

I would not be very happy if I found someone under mine checking it out no matter who it is. -.- thats like looking under her skirt without asking.

MoA at my buddys apartment.. there was a guy who had a nice lifted rubi.. he'd park next to me and another guy with a jeep..

he also gave me his garage parkin spot when my doors/top was off so my jeep wouldnt get wet =D

SportsGal501 It's the only way to park, unless some Yukon parks next to both of you and looks so out of place :chair:

RatherBNarizona I love to park next to other Jeeps
I always try to catch the driver and say hello and ask some questions about his jeep
06-22-2007 11:51 PM
Texapple of course......I cruise the lot, spot another Jeep and park.
06-22-2007 11:45 PM
Levinoss I always take one ride around the parking lots to see if theres any other jeeps around. Its funny I notice a lot of jeep owners park way out in the distance so theres parking spaces around for other jeeps if they show up. (Jeep parking if you wish)

Pulled into sonic the other day and found a beautiful mud caked wrangler parked in one of the spots. I was quick to pull in and check out the mud all over it. Wish the girl that drove it was in it at the time. (Yes, its a girl and shes into mud). I love her jeep, it says patriot down the hood and is painted like the american flag.

06-22-2007 11:12 PM
tiny terror You two are quite a pair.
06-22-2007 11:09 PM
skeeter Yes ,I park next to other Jeeps and when Amy and I are running together we even chase em down on the street.

You know it's love when your wife wants to chase down other Jeep girls to check out their racks

A couple of days, every week, a streetrod club meets at the local Dairy Queen. It's fun just to drive by and ogle all of those old beauties.

Scout I parked next to a Mercury Sable today. It was blue.

MR.CLIFFORD It depends on whether I have time to burn. If I park next to any other jeeper I usually expect 30-45 minutes of talkin jeeps. This is, of course, if I'm in the wifes jeep. If I'm in my jeep it can be much much longer.
06-22-2007 09:52 PM
dj_chizzle most definitely! it's the right thing to do. jeepers share a bond that few other car or truck owners will ever know.
06-22-2007 09:43 PM
Jeepluv07 I have actually moved my jeep in a parking lot when I walked out and saw another jeep on the other side. So yes I always park next to other jeeps.

AzTJ One time down in Chandler, I went to a carnival, driving my XJ, and all the parking was full so I parked in the dirt field next to it, just had to hop a couple of curbes. And when I was leaving with my friends, there were a few other lifted XJ's and TJ parked next to me
