exboomer Count the teeth on the ring gear and the pinion gear. Then do the math.

Jerry Bransford Jack the front axle up off the ground so you can rotate the ring gear. Count the number of teeth on the ring gear and pinion gear. Divide the ring gear tooth count by the pinion gear tooth count and you'll have your ratio.

Pierce07 It's aftermarket the guy i bought it was said they're 410's but I'm not 100% sure. I just want to double check

Figuring Gear Ratio?

I just pulled out my front diff internals and wondering how to find out what gears ratio I have by looking at the ring. Any help?
