TheTJRod 1. I heard that the turn signal switch is a common failure. As in the the stick.

2. I am surprised you can hear it over all the wind noise. I have rattles everywhere and I don't know where any of them are coming from. One day I will clean it out and herculine so I will found out then. It is common for jeeps as there is so much vibration something always loosens up and rattles.

3. My TOB blew up and took out the pressure plate at just under 70k. Get a Luk(OEM) replacement at the Zone for 150 and give yourself all day to replace it. Oh and have another car ready to get a socket for the stupid star bolts on the top of the bell housing(ask me how I know). I replaced those with normal hex bolts when I buttoned it back up. BTW I have the NV3550 those bolts may not be present on others.

Neil F. Replace the flasher module. It's under the steering column cover. 15.00 or so from any parts store.

bc3_Jeep You do not say what year or model of Jeep......but problem 3 would appear to be a faulty slave cylinder, low fluid, or faulty MC. Possibly TO bearing as well, but with Jeeps, first three are common.

some problem with the jeep, just wanted to know if they are common.

the first problem is pretty annoying. about every other time i use my turn signal and complete the turn, it stops flashing like its suppose to but it gets stuck in a neutral position where the green arrow light is on but not flashing. so i have to wiggle it slightly to get it to turn off.

problem numaro 2. rattle in the passenger side dash, have not been able to diagnose it yet.

problem number 3. i have 72,000 miles on my jeep and i'm thinking my clutch is going out and im hoping its not my transmission. i miss putting it into gears some times. usually second and fifth. i have never had this problem b4 with previouse manuel trucks that i have owned.

ANY advice at all would be Killer.
