Lev is having the same problem. We are going to look at his this weekend and see what we can figure out. If we find anything I'm sure it will be posted.
I actually figured out exactly where it was coming from by drying out the mats and checking it while it was raining. Turns out it was my passenger side door. From what it looks like is its coming from the bottom. Possibly through where the window comes out of the door and is coming out the bottom or maybe the seal is leaking.

I did notice after it rains, my doors on the inside have a good amount of water in them.

it may have been clogged when it rained and when you put the hose in there the pressure knocked whatever was blocking it loose. when mine was blocked it was just a bunch of dirt and leaf fragments. nothing big.

bluvikng The most likely culprit is the fresh air drainage tube, which is found under the yellow arrow that George T. was trying to show you. It is not an A/C issue.

Mike2000 replying to myself here, but i found this in search: http://www.wranglerforum.com/new-mem...feet-5941.html It mentions AC issues, but I forgot to mention, I have no AC, and it is a hardtop, but I have the same symptoms as this guy.

Water on passenger floor...both wranglers

Whenever it rains, my Wrangler's passenger side floor always gets quite wet, then runs back under the seat. I found this weird, but my older Wrangler (98') had the same problem but WAY worse...i took the rugs out as a permanent fix due to mold from the water. It would get a few inches deep in water across the floor by morning if it rained all night. That car is gone (someone set it on fire, burnt to the frame), BUT this one is starting to do it to, just not as bad, and seems to be intermittent. I'm sure others have this problem. What is it?
