Thank you very much!!! I do know what GVWR and tongue weight stands for, but read somewhere that maximum payload (when reached) takes from maximum towing capacity, and was very surprised!!!
I figured since I cant tow more then 2K, I will just load up my jeep up to yin yen (that being 1000 Lbs with passengers)

look to your manual about "GVWR" gross vehicle weight rating
there's a LOT of metrics to learn if you tow:
trailer weight, tongue weight, and a host of other numbers....it takes a bit of study to get what the differences are.
If your trailer weighs 1000# then what's in it is limited to 1000#=2000 total.
If your Jeep is loaded to ITS maximum vehicle rating, you can still tow....as long as the COMBINED gross of both trailer & Jeep/contents is below the manual.

2000 lb towing capacity!!! Does it include maximum payload??
2000 lb towing capacity!!! Does it include maximum payload of 1000 lbs.
So lets say if my Jeep is fully loaded. Does it mean that my towing capacity will drop to 1K lbs?
