Good nature of people

just wanted so share this, from another forum i frequent. This guy posted that he was selling his guitars, after some prodding found out it was to pay for x rays for his dog. We're all sending him money so he can try to keep his guitars and help his dog.
just thought it was really nice.:punk:

How much is he trying to raise? What is wrong with the dog? People should really know whats up before they consider giving cash.

If I had cash I would donate some =/

Nice.. I play a Cherry burst horizon.. She is my baby.

schecterguy 08-02-2007 05:26 PM

which headstock?

Walkeraviator 08-02-2007 05:32 PM

Not sure what you call it, but it is the rounded on with 3 tuners on top and 3 on the bottom. My Brother in law has an older one with the pointed headstock like a jackson or something. It has sperzel locking tuners and EMG active elctronics... clear coat over quilted maple.. it is awesome...the rest of my collection is 96 Fender Strat, 67 Gibson SG, Epiphone 335 copy, and a Takamine Acoustic.
We should start a thread for guitarists to post about their gear. pictures would be cool too.

schecterguy 08-02-2007 10:34 PM

 the 3 on a side one has come to be known as the "cockstock"

So, maybe the guy could teach his dog to play guitar and he could raise the money himself...

It's always nice to see people being altruistic, especially when it comes to animals. It's sad when you have to put down an animal that can be saved just because you can't afford the bills. I wish people were more serious about using pet insurance.
