stock tires/new rims?

Can I mount my stock tires to new rims? They are gonna be 15x10

I wouldn't suggest it. The stock tires will be narrower than your rims are.

That's what I was thinking too. Thing is, I don't think I can run 33's w/o a lift and the lift isn't coming till Novemberish (Rock Krawler long arm 4in)

But you want to put the new rims on right away eh?

surrealistic_star 08-09-2007 05:13 PM

so be patient and wait to put the new wheels on with the right tires when the lift comes in...
Patience is a virtue right?
Its lame an not exciting to be patient, but it pays off. I'm waiting to do tires, lift and gears all at the same time...it seems like a less chance of breaking/ruining anything in my opinion

RIPBiker13 08-09-2007 05:14 PM

I am being patient it's just not fun! LOL

If ya got the wheels now... just use them as a cool coffee table :D

Rip, I like the looks of those wheels. I think I might pick a set of 17's up locally here from a guy. Then I'll beadlock them.
