Working and Enjoying It
In the last few days, I've finally had the time to service and customize The Jeepster some. So far, I've drained the front and rear differentials, filled them up with Royal Purple, changed the spark plugs, cleaned the throttle body, cleaned the Air Intake Sensor, removed the stock air intake and replaced it with a Banks Ram-Air Intake, removed the ghetto wiring set up for the off road lights that the previous owner had under the hood(it looked like a pile of spaghetti with a zip tie lol:crazy:), rewired the off road lights and hooked them up to rocker switches, fixed the windshield washer(thought the pump had gone out, the line and nozzle were clogged), installed a Flowmaster Supper 44 muffler, along with some other tune ups. I've been wanting to do these since I bought it, but I just haven't had the time. I ordered a winch and am designing a custom made front bumper. I really want to get a good quality suspension lift, so I can ditch the body lift that the previous owner installed . My sleep cycle is all jacked up from being in the fire service for over ten years, so the other night I worked on The Jeepster in the garage for a while, take a break from time to time to drink a beer(or a few lol), and watched the sunrise. :D I hope everyone has a great and safe day.
