Leaks on soft tops?

My 2007 JK (4-door) leaks from somewhere into the cabin. There is not a visible leak anywhere, but every time it rains, the carpet UNDER the floor mats gets soaked. Any ideas? Any recalls, or technical service bulletins on this? Anyone? Buehler... Buehler...

I just noticed this in my 2011 Rubi 2dr., though it doesn't do it every time it rains. From what I've been reading, it may have something to door with door seals on the passenger's side door (if this is where your water is collecting). I believe that there is already a thread in forum about this. Keep us posted.

Also, I'm sure it's linked in one of them, but make sure you take a look at this leak manual.
