Tailgating Season

Alright, Husker season is upon us, and I need some ideas for some tailgating. Does anyone have one of those hitch grills? If so, does the spare tire interfere with it? Also, besides a generator, what are your guys' ideas for some mobile power? I have the uconnect radio, and everytime i play 20 mins of music, the battery dies. Yes, i know, I need a new battery, but it reminds me of mobile power, so i am open to suggestions... Thanks all, and ummmmm, GO BIG RED

If you REALLY want to tailgate.....you need one of these:

What is inside of it? This (plus ice):

What is that? 3 gallon version (instead of 5 gallon), and 16 gram version (instead of 15 pounds) of this:

Yeah....that's right......

The dual tap kegerator is the best...especially when you have both CO2 and Nitrogen tanks. And the best part is that you can direct transfer beer from the larger kegs into the smaller keg. As long as you keep it cold (max chill cooler does that) and keep it on CO2 (16 gram CO2 cartridge...similar to those in b.b.guns and for bicycles)...you can drink as much or as little as you want...and whatever you don't drink, you can direct transfer back into your main keg (or just throw the entire small keg in the fridge) because oxegen never came in contact with the beer. It will last for months.
:thumb:
Also, you can open up the corny kegs, fill them with rum and soda (or juice....or whatever)...close it up, purge the oxygen with CO2, and keep rum and cokes on tap....COLD. Nothing beats an icecold rum and coke...without ice!. The CO2 keeps it carbonated, so it does not go flat.

So...that Sahara that I'm looking at may never go rock-crawling...and may spend some time in a mall parking lot. But you can bet your ass that on a nice day...when I'm not on my motorcycle...the top will be off...and the mobile keg will be flowing!
:punk:

Yep being a Husker fan-I guess you have to spend a lot of time in the parking lot instead of the stadium-the games aren't very exciting. Now in the SEC we tailgate the night before the game because we are too busy fighting the day of the game-Go Vols! (we didnt win many games last year-but we never lost a fight after the game!)

In all seriousness-good luck this year to the Big Red-class program/great coach!

If football wasnt the only thing we had in this state...i could afford to go to the games. back when i was a student, season tickets were $125, and when we played Texas, Kids were selling that one ticket for $200. And now you can imagine the non student tix. Anyway, I wouldnt mind having the dual kegerator...pretty sweet. Also, with that cooler youve shown me....RCR-03 Cooler Radio. We will see if our quarterback doesnt have tampon issues this season.

I just got the margaritaville tail gate grill on clearence from lowes. The spare tire will have to be removed. Have not had it on yet. Took it apart and painted orange and black. Go Bengals!!!!

Looks to be a good grill. Can't wait to fire it up.

pics One problem even with the spare off does not lock in place lacks about 1/2 inch. Hits spare mount. either getting extender or drill new hitch hole.
