Modding 4door Rubicon

I just bought a 2012 4 Door black Rubicon And was wondering what steps i should take to Mod it for off road riding. If anyone could write a list of what should be the mods i should do 1st to last step.

Would appreciate the help!!!!!!!!!

Protect the transmission cooler line on the underneath. Look under there, you'll see it near the oil pan.

The Rubicon comes with rock sliders. What front bumper would be good and would i need a lift

Rock sliders... better ones than the stock. Then wheel it for a while to determine what/if you really need anything else. Really depends on what type of wheeling you'll be doing. The stock Rubi is pretty capable on its own.

I have a 2010 JKU. My list went as follows:
1. Differential armor for front and rear
2.Hi-lift jack and good recovery gear(winch isn't needed just recommended by most)
3.sway bar disconnects(you don't need since you have a rubi)
4.better rock rails since you will be high centering with a 4 door, trust me
5. Good tires(I recommend mtr Kevlar)
6.Snorkel

Don't worry about skid plates since the factory ones are fine. As far as a lift I added a 2" budget lift but it's not necessary. Your mods are based on what you do though and how you want your jeep. I have an auto with 3.73 gears so I got a superchip flashpaq to help with power and mpg since it's my daily driver. Most people recommend regearing and lockers too. But it's what you want.

You don't need any mods for offroading. You just bought what is probably the most capable stock offroad vehicle ever produced. Just hook up with some folks in the local section of the forum and go. After a few trips, you'll start to get good ideas for mods.

Step 1. Take it off road and learn your and your vehicle's capabilities and limitations.

Off topic, but I still yell like a fan at a football game when I read or hear stuff like that. :D

An Evap skid is a good addition....

Most people recommend regearing and lockers too. But it's what you want. His Rubi has lockers....and probably 4:10 gears

Yes, take it off road and learn how to drive it. hookup with someone in your area and follow them around, watch and learn. It'll do amazing stuff the way it is. Once you are seasoned, you'll know what it needs. Biggest thing I can say is go/crawl around slowly, it's not a race.
