Rugged Ridge Modular XHD front bumper
Does anyone have the Rugged Ridge Modular XHD front bumper? If so did you need a lift to fix the sag? and how do you like to bumper.

There are other threads about the same bumper. Just search for them

AWESOME bumper, looks great, well bulit, and very easy to customize to your liking. Installation wasn't hard but kind of tedious. I don't have a winch so haven't seen any sag. I've read the sag comes from adding a winch.

I have and I did get a sag of about an inch (XHD and winch, winch weighs more then bumper) I added 1" front spacers and got stiffer stock coil springs.

Before spacer and new coils

With new stubby end caps

I recently installed the bumper, non winch with end caps.....I love it! Looks great!

I didn't take any before/after measurements but I can definitely tell that there's something heavier on the front end now...
I do plan to get stiffer coils sometime soon....

I installed the XHD with standard ends and a Superwinch LP10000. I put in 3/4" spacers to account for the additional weight. I was hoping the spacers would improve on the rake that the stock Jeep has, but they basically put it back to where the Jeep was prior to installation.

All in all, love the looks of the bumper, it was easy to install and solid!

Does anyone know the thread and size for the nuts that fit on the posts for the fog lights? I have an RR XHD that I've had for years now, but never had fog lights. I finally got a set for xmas, but since I didn't have fogs before, I don't have the nuts that fit on those posts to hold the housing to the bumper. Anyone know the nut size so I can run to the hardware store and grab some?
