What brand is that? I have had a bestop and it had adjustments on the pins that sit in the door, which helped with fit. Also, that door skin looks deftective. I would see about having it replaced under warranty.

My Smitty (New 7 months ago) isn't quite as bad, but close. I push on the top-rear of the soft-door to close it, and it's better :) I've tried removing and adjusting the door skins, but it's just junk IMO.

BTW, my rear window came 'un-welded' at the bottom, and the factory had no advice... nothing! I stitched it myself.

My Smitty fits the same way too and the zipper broke on the back window within 2 months. Cheap junk!

It wont change much, I have smittybilt uppers on a pavement ends top and looks the exact same way except for the top part, mine fits a tad bit better at the top. The Pavement ends uppers fit fine but the zippers gave out after 4.5 years. Smittybilt crap does not fit right at all.

the rubber at the door goes down on the door so it will sseal to the door.
