I think a 35" tire will cover the top of the plate a bit. Are you able to move the plate at all?

BTW I'm going out to take those pics for you. :D
**DAMNIT! My mom still has my camera. She forgot to leave it when she left today. Sorry, maybe tomorrow.

thanks.

the plate can´t be covered. that´s forbidden. and i don´t know where i should install the plate instead.

:wavey:

Just mount it to the center of the spare tire if it can be moved. That will also keep it kind of centered.

nicolas-eric 09-08-2007 04:36 PM

it must not be centered. th ecops must be able to see them from the right and the left. that´s why we don´t have it where you have it. the spare tire would be in the way.

is the spare tire on th evbestop carrier on the same height than the stock spare tire?

then it should fit. that´s my 28" spare tire.

Hmm... I'm not too sure. You might have better luck with pictures over on that other Jeep-Forum.

Is that a typo? Look at quadratec.com, iirc, they have a few brackets that will allow you to mount your plate in the center of your spare. Do you have to have a light on your plate there?

nicolas-eric 09-09-2007 09:09 AM

yes i need a light on the plate.
