1st trip to Uwharrie

I have not had my Wrangler too long and my neighbor invited me to tag along to Uwharrie last weekend. This was my first trip. My only advice is to make sure it has rained within the previous day or so, or do not go if you do not like dust!

LOVE Uwharrie!!! Went there once want to go back soooooo bad. Went when my LJ was stock and it went everywhere I wanted to go. I will agree on teh dust, very disty if it hasn't rained. We camped at Badin Lake and if anyone has a family it is the perfect place to go..

That would have been the same day. I went with the green Cherokee and we ran into that group on the trail. The red Cherokee blew a tire, and that black truck, they just rolled it back over, took the doors off since they would not close, and kept going.

Haha that's great! I can't believe how hard they were hitting that bank trying to get up...

I am the guy that was in the burg jk.. I almost went in the mud but thought about how much I had to clean already with the dust and decided not to..

I prefer the mud over the rocks, but that dust was just terrible. I am glad I left the top and doors on for that trip.
