What are the part numbers on your front and rear coil springs?

JC JK 09-23-2011 02:42 PM

Explain Why:confused: This is off a new 4-door Rubicon. I will look tonight just dont understand the number on springs:confused: Do they make different springs for Rubicons that are 4-doors?

TommyT 09-23-2011 08:54 PM

yes, the numbers make a differance. There are at least 5 different part numbers for the front and 5 for the rear. Not all rubis have the same springs as not all 2 doors have the same either. You can probably put 2 rubis with exactly the same options side by side and they wouldn't have the same springs in them!!!! I too am interested. The fronts shoud be 52126315 thru 52126319, rears 68004456 thru 68004460.

That is correct. There are several different front springs and several different rear springs and many combinations that come on the different models.

Check out this forum: Lets Solve the Stock Springs Question.

From the information gathered, it appears there is no clear rule for which Wrangler with get what spring combination. In some cases a Rubicon will have lower rated springs than a Sport. You just have to look and see what you have.
