Trails near Toronto for a beginner?

Any suggestions for a beginner who doesn't want to go to crazy?

I'm not sure what you consider near the T-dot, but we've got a group going to Parry Sound (Ardbeg) the weekend after Thanksgiving. It's about 2.5 hrs north.

What kind of trails are we talkin' Matcheen?

rocks, mud, water...they can be as easy or as hard as you want them to be. YouTube Argbeg jeep.

Will you be able to Ardbeg with a stock Jeep? If no, I still may be able to attend cause im looking at a lift/tire/wheels as soon as I find a 4x4 shop that I can trust.

May be a bit challenging, but I'll never tell any body what they can or can't do...you just need to think first drive second.

As for off road shops there's just jeeps, rock spyder 4X4,and Saangs fab. I had a small mechanic shop in King City do mine...but the YJ's easy.

check out jeepkings.ca, those are the local guys that will really be a help.
