First of all its a Jeep, NOT A CAR! :)

Where inside the Jeep is the water collecting?

And welcome to the forum, as I see this is your first post.

The water is collecting in the passenger side floor

I had the same thing happen to me. The door seal was somewhat defective, but if I slammed the door, then water wouldn't come in. I solved the problem by taking out the carpets and pulling the drain-plugs.

You weren't born in 1993, were you? (based on your user id)

Ok thanks

sure. you could also just visually look at the door seal and see if its cracked or anything, and if it is defective you can get a new one from quadratec.com or 4wd.com or a number of other sites

AC condensate drain is blocked ?

I doubt its the door seal. Usually the AC condensate drain is blocked.

Or the cowl drain.......

Agreed, It could be either one.

The AC condensate drain is located inside the engine compartment on the firewall. Passenger side, down low. It usually looks like a small black rubber elbow, but they did vary throughout the years.
