Problem with soft top on highway...

I just got a new 4-door on Friday and I LOVE IT!!!! I took it on the highway with the entire top on (soft top) and once I'd hit 50mph, the side curtain would start to flap/vibrate where it hooks in near the back door. I pulled over several times to tighten it, but it would keep flapping and eventually pull open and peel back to the zipper. Once it peeled open, it was fine, but looked like crap.

Has anyone had this problem? If so, what's the solution?

That sucks. As a prospective buyer, I am interested in this as well. Is this a common thing???

Mine did this when I first bought it, turns out that the panel wasn't set properly in the groove on the back door. someone at the dealership must have played with it and did not seat the plastic rib properly in the coresponding groove. took about one minute to fix after I realized what was happening. Hope that helps.

Thanks!

I took a look at the rear/corner flap and reset it at the bottom. I took it out on the highway and it seemed to be fine. I hope it was that simple! If not, I'll probably do the weather-stripping trick. It does seem that if the back door can close more tightly on the cover, it would hold it in place and not let the wind get in there.
Thanks again.

I'm betting that the side windows aren't properly inside the door channel. You really have to pull on the side window and wrap the plastic piece around and into the rear door channel. I learned this after driving with the flapping panels myself.
