Which Deal??

I need POV's from existing owners as to the value of loaner cars and free oil changes for the life of a Sahara every 7,500 miles.

I have negotiated between dealers and have gotten them to approximately 3% below invoice. They are now $500 apart.

My question is are the free loaner cars and oil changes worth $500?

Thanks

Simple. YES! IMO

I think I'd try to get the oil changes every 3-4K though.

x2 on getting the oil changes every 3-4k. But yeah, a loaner and oil changes are worth $500.

The loaner, no. You may never use it. $500 amounts to about 20 oil changes. Depending upon how much you drive, you have to decide for yourself if you will get past 20 oil changes. Personally, I wouldn't because I do all my own oil changes and I do them at 3k.

I'd rather have the $500. The 3.6 is the easiest vehicle I have owned to do oil changes on. I've gotten dealer coupons for free changes for my JK's and toss them. For me it's easier to do them in the garage than driving to the dealer. I've not rented a car other than for business, so the $500 upfront is worth more to me. If I lived in an apartment, I take the deal though.

3% below invoice?

...But, then I still have to drive just as far to recycle the used oil. Add that to the price of oil and filter, I might as well have the dealer do it, and, they top up all the other fluids, measure the brake linings and tread depth, etc. Besides, I've changed enough oil for one lifetime, thank you..... :D
