Jeeperman Products

Hello, I am new here and seeking any help I can get. I ordered a rear bumper for my JK back in March...from Jeeperman....they charged my credit card at that time...over six months later I have received no bumper and cannot get Jeeperman to answer my phone calls or emails....have I just been "sucked-in" by an unreputable person...or what?
Thanks for the help.

From what I hear you're not the only one. I would file a dispute with your credit card company right away.

I hear that the problem has only been an issue with JK orders... but I would still file a dispute.

So they still answer the phone and return calls on non JK orders? I think they may be belly-up.

FWIW if you order from a vendor instead of the manufacturer sometimes you might have some recourse. That all depends on the vendor you're dealing with but it still gives you another option.

 - The only problems I have heard about lately are from JK owners, I havn't read anything about TJ... and no they should answer the phones/e-mails no matter what.

Contact kelly@jeeperman.com ASAP...

They are in the process of closing their doors! They believe they have filled all orders. Check http://www.jeeperman.com for their very brief statement.

Apparently they were a 2 person shop and spent all of their time fabricating bumpers. And after they were fabricated, they would have to send them off to someone else for powdercoating. Lately, I have read they were having problems with the fitment of their tire carriers. People were saying "the tire carrier frame is not square to the hinge or the hinge pin is off angle". If they had to fab new bumpers for the ones they messed up, it could have been costly. I know NorthRidge4x4 dropped them too due to their Cust Svc. They really could have used a cust svc person to answer phones and emails instead of one of the fabricaters doing it. I would say that had something to do with them closing down.

I ordered one a couple months ago and they said 4-6 weeks. Others on another board were saying it was taking longer. A few people on here jumped on me saying that wasnt a long time for a quality bumper. Now I'm glad I made the decision I did. I canceled my order and got a RockHard rear bumper. It was delivered within 10 days.
