The Gobi/Garvin are great racks and several of our members havem on their jeeps and LIKEM-

Mine is an MBRP JKU Roof Rack, sold by MBRP and Quadratec-

It'll support over 750 lbs, but not only doesit assist the top removal, but it doesn't stay with the jeep !

So it's use, is ONLY WITH THE THE TOP ON !

There are basket/front windshield lite options too--

How does it assist with top removal?

Yes I have. Does it give you something better to grab onto?

I've taken my 4dr top off by myself. Putting it back on took someone else to help me line it up while I put it on.

:whistling: Then either you are getting underneath the top and physically "lifting" it on, or you have a hoist and straps-

If you can't see the advantage that is provided by my "rack", then you are happy with your method of top removal/reinstallation !
