Show off your bumpers!

Whatsup everybody? Lookin to see pics of some front bumpers. I'm thinking about selling my ARB bumper and then using that money to fab up my own bumper/tube fenders.

Lookin for design ideas, so show off your bumpers!! List the make/model please, and stubby's/tube fenders are encouraged!

I love your rear bumper! How thick is it?

TnDz TJ 12-11-2011 04:07 PM

Thanks..... 60" wide... 3" x 4" with .25" wall.... Front is .120 wall and started with 2" x 6" material.

Tow points are all solid 1" steel and fully welded through front and rear of each bumper.

Wow nice you should make and sell em! I'd buy! :D

The TJ is still rocking the stock bumper over here.

sevenservices 12-12-2011 12:13 PM

I like em! My 'ol tube bumper in the front has rust holes deep enough to put your hand in! Can't complain, the bumper is at least ten years old up there... Im in the market for something new.

I like the smitty's and great custom jobs guys.

Dextreme 12-12-2011 12:26 PM

I must have a custom tube bumper as I have never seen one exactly like it:

TnDz TJ, that's really freaking awesome. I wish I had the equipment and know-how to pull something like that off. They look extremely clean and professional, nice work.

Not a problem.... I was into Full-Size Jeeps for about 10 years and built many custom parts- nitch market- and even had a business that I gave up to my partner.
