35's on 3.21 Gearing?

Hello All,
Before the end of the year, I will be purchasing an '07 Unlimited "X" 4wd (manual trans). I believe the stock axle ratio is 3.21 (I did see a 4.10 & 3.73 as an available option). My question is will the 3.21 gearing be able to handle a 35" tire or will there be a noticeable loss in drive ability. If so should I run 33" tires instead? (I plan on installing a 3.5" or 4" lift). I will not do any offroading just yet, mainly street driving. Thank you.

Welcome to WF.

4.56, or 4.88 would be much better with that size of tires.

Just google, gear ratio chart.
