PM photos

Is there a way to upload a photo when you send a PM? I load all photos from my desktop, and there's no paperclip feature when I use the personal message system.

You rock, by the way. Yes...you. :D

I personally just upload photos to Photobucket and send them that way. Let me know if you need help.

It's not a technical question. I simply prefer to load photos from my desktop, and not have them hosted – and possibly misused – on someone else's site. I'm a professional photographer, and really can't use a hosting site except for the most...

Really can't explain it, without sounding insulting. :) My need is this:

I get a lot of PM's from peeps, asking for photos of my build, and don't know how to send the photos to em within the parameters of the PM system. Is there a way for me to send them photos without using a host site? For normal posts, I just use the paperclip function...but see nothing similar when I respond to a PM.

If it can't be done, that's fine. But I suspect there's something I'm missing...

And yes, you...and your ilk. :D

Hope you have an awesome Christmas!

Ah I see!
Not that I know of, but if you upload to Flickr (free), you can copyright the images, so no one can copy & paste them except you. On Photobucket, you can make the account private, so you can only see the images.

but don't forget if you make them private for only you to see, then you send a link through a message, the person receiving the message will not be able to see the pic(s).
