LOL - looks fun.

Now that is cool, I have seen those made from the back end of a Corvette but never a jeep. Did they make it or buy it?

kfdjason7620 12-23-2011 01:52 PM

That is very cool!

94impactyj 12-24-2011 02:40 AM

For lighting, I just used a diamond bit dremel cutoff wheel, carefully cut the back of the bulb out (broke the first light on the the first attempt) and used one strand of clear white, battery opperated l.e.d. Xmas lights per headlight that I found online for cheap and the turn signals I used one strand of yellow for the both of them and put 3 or 4 bulbs in each.

Nice!

:appl:They/you all have done a nice job on those!
I am working on getting one done! Your pics are motivating me to finish it! I found a Jeep while off-roading; it had apparently rolled or went end-over-end down a steep hill, and the owner left it! Judging by the overgrowth and rot, it had been there for a looooong time. I slavaged the grill, had the broken piece welded up, and it's in the process of getting refinished.
