daystar lifts
 
going to be keeping the arctic close to stock. just wondering how the daystar 1.75 spacer lift with the scorpion shocks is? might be looking for a small bump in the future. keeping the stock rims/tires. i think the .75 spacer lift might not be enough. and the 3" would be too much. our local shop deals daystar.

Your size instincts are about right--.75" is probably not enough and 3" is a lot for the stock wheels and tires.

You're looking at a "budget boost," meaning it's just pucks that sit on top of the stock coils. I tend to think most pucks are basically the same, so I'd expect the DayStars will be fine. I currently have the .75" DayStars, and they're okay.

That said, take a look at your current shocks. Are the red? I think they are, as I believe the Arctic comes with the "performance suspension." Those are a higher quality shock than comes with the DayStars--by a long way.

However, if you ever flex the suspension offroad, your stock shocks may not tolerate being "stretched" by 1.75". If I was in your position, I would therefore be looking instead to either get shock extensions or (better) to just get the pucks but add better shocks.

You may also want to account for sway bar links and brake lines. The stock arrangement would probably be alright, but just in the interest of "doing it right" I'd want to do something on those fronts as well.
