4lo is a no go.

So my jeep wont go in to 4lo it will but kind of, it will sometimes stay but once i let the clutch out it kicks 4lo and goes into neutral. read something about plastic clips whats this about?

Sounds like you should adjust your TC shifter linkage.

Yeah, your linkage just needs adjusted...it's just not fully putting the lever on the tcase into 4lo so when it's under a load, it jumps into neutral.

Well just for the he'll of it I put it in 4lo and it worked just fine. It went into gear and didn't kick it.. So guess it was just acting weird the other day. But I will check the linkage just incase.

Check the linkage...just because it went in once doesn't mean it will next time you need it. With your linkage set right, it should always fully engage...provided you fully engaged it at the main lever inside the Jeep. You're out nothing by properly adjusting your linkage anyway...
