I have a 90 wrangler, with a 38/38 weber carb 400cfm, and even after changing the carb over I am still sucking down fuel & my idle is poor...I changed my plugs (wich where very black) I'm getting a bit frustrated anyone have some suggestions ?

bypass the computer and get rid of all those vac lines in there. u only need ing. advance vac and vac 4 the front axle actuater. Get rid of the rest of that govt' mandated BS. a tinny hole in any vac line will mess w/ the smoothness we all desire. I have the same carb and its been money once I NUTTERED it.

Mine doesn't have any of that emissions mumbo jumbo and I am having the same problem

So it just has air, spark, and gas w/ a Webber carb? No other vac lines (except4the axle) and the computer has been bypassed? Its a vac leak some place... the power brake booster, some vac line or some place.
