How to Wire & Hide KC Windshield Bracket Lights (PICS)
Hi I know that there are a few of these posts out their but all the ones I found didn't have any pictures still available, the links were bad. I just mounted some KC Long range lights on the KC windshield brackets and I want to wire them so that all the wires are completely hidden. I have already ran from the relay to my switch and hid that through the firewall but I need to hide the wires from the bracket to the relay and battery and keep them hidden as much as possible. I prefer to not drill any visible holes as well. Thanks in advance for you time and help!

I ran the wires around the edge of the windshield on my 2000 TJ(in the crack), and then used black RTV. You only see the Silver wire shield, I'll post pictures tonight.

I'm going to do mine with a little rubber grommet right over the bracket itself in the windshield frame.

Here is how I ran mine. From the lights behind the windshield hinges, to keep from flapping. From the hinges, between the cowl and fender. I used black heat shrink to cover the wires and help blend I with black Jeep, so all you see is the black heat shrink tubing. I used a couple zip ties around the heat shrink for the cowl to hold every thing in place. They don't move at all and are ot of the way for snow removal, mud, etc.
