One of the only places to go in MD was closed down however there is Rausch Creek, PA and the GWNF in VA.

Big dogs is no more expensive than RC if you do the whole weekend.

Wasn't big dogs like $150/vehicle for the weekend? It would be $80 for the weekend at RC plus fuel.

Each event has different costs. When I went for the fall crawl I think it was called it was only like 35$ per rig for the whole weekend.

Not bad. Maybe I'll try to make it next fall then. Do they have lower level trails or is it all Comp level? I remember there're was some controversy with some people being forced to pay more than others, over sized groups, and lack of trail guides, and some irresponsible people after dark.

I have heard that too but I didnt have any issues like that at all. You have to pay more if you wait until the day of to pay. You can pay online and its usually cheaper.

The only people that were "irresponsible" were some of the guys that got a little too toasted at the "party" but they werent driving and thats their choice.

They seemed to have everything to me. From stock type trails to buggy trails.

I've been to big dogs twice and each time prepaid for the event then I paid for camping, that's where it gets pricey cause its per person and price per child which is different too,now they have a curfew at midnight and if there is a problem just call the guys at the front office and they will take care of it.
