Ride the beach
 
Cant find anyplace in Fl where you can ride on the beach except Daytona, if you know of anyplace let me know. Even the tree huggers in Cali have Pismo.

There are a few beaches north of Jacksonville FL where you can drive on the beach

Hugunot park off Hecksher drive, still driveable with some little restrictions. good luck and post back if you come across any more...:thumb:

Most beaches from Vilano south to Daytona. Anyone aware of any trails in the area? Got a 'warning' from a lovely young lady with a badge in an area near my house. Not marked so I thought it was public land. Apparently I thought wrong...

There are four "driveable" beaches within a 36 mile radius from Jacksonville, FL.

In order of proximity:

1) Huguenot Memorial Park

2) Amelia Island State Park

3) American Beach (Amelia Island)

4) Peter's Point (Amelia Island)

And then there's 5) Vilano Beach (previously mentioned) just 40 miles south of Jacksonville in St. Augustine.
