Our girls first vehicle. We let her "play" today and learn how to and when to use 4H and 4L. She is able to get around fine in 2WD but she needs to know how.

Had to attempt several times. I got the "files too large" response. Some with her mother and some with grandma as passengers.

Looks like fun and you have a very nice rig :thumb:

Me and the babies had to get in the action too. I nice way to spend the afternoon. Going to have to find some more aggressive terrain.

Thank you, but.. correction.... My daughter has a nice rig.

I think the wife and I will be getting us one so the family can all go wheelin' and trails together.

Owen_TJ 01-22-2012 11:05 PM

only thing i'm not a fan of is the 2+" body lift...i'd drop it to 1.25" max and call it a day

rigchaser 01-22-2012 11:12 PM

I'm still trying to learn what all has been modified on this. I am new to off roading and jeeps. With this purchase I am getting a crash course. This Wrangler has only been in our possession since 1-17-12.

TJNewbie 01-22-2012 11:15 PM

Very nice Rig!!

BlackMetal 2004TJ 01-23-2012 01:33 AM

nicely built rig right there. looks like a lot of money went into it

rigchaser 01-23-2012 08:56 AM

99' 98,000 miles. 6K from an old friend. Had to fly from Midland to Galveston and drive it back approx. 600 miles.

I was told it has the 8.8 rear end with 4.88 gears. Cruise and E- brake is about the only thing not working on it.

NCJeepin 01-23-2012 08:58 AM

Very nice Jeep! Looks like a lot of fun!:thumb:

That is one hell of a drive! I remember going from Abilene to Galveston island and it felt like it took forever, so tack another 2.5 hours or so and i guess that's what you did. I have some family in Odessa, Big Spring, Anson, College Station, and Houston :wavey:

rigchaser 01-23-2012 01:07 PM

yea, 600 miles at 60-65 all the way with Earbuds and Pandora through the cell phone.

Another Guy In A Jeep 01-23-2012 01:10 PM

If you put one of these in Her jeep, she can listen to Pandora thru the Jeep speakers

Just use an auxiliary cord (if it has the correct plug)

06TJLOVER 01-23-2012 06:52 PM

Bad choice on the flat fenders on her rig tho...No one told you they are for boys? pull those off and send them my way :thumb:

Nice rig congrats :)

The Toolman 01-24-2012 08:13 PM

Great Jeep indeed, looks like someone knew what they were doing when they put it together.

I am definitely not new to the off-roading seen, feel free to let me know if yall need a trail buddy when you & your wife get one too. :thumb:
