The factory coils have a tag on them, with coresponding number 14-19(?), the higher the number the stiffer your springs. If it was a coil lift which was put in aftermarket it's a good bet the the springs are stiffer than the stock springs were.

Mine (on that side) was a 16. You need to check all four, as the stiffness sometimes differs from one side to the other. And sometimes the tag is tucked up in the coils, or gone.
The full number is 4457
If I understand correctly, the stiffness is 57
