Please help me decide...

My new 2012 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon has arrived. It is in black forest green. I will be using the 35" BF Goodrich KM2 and I can't decide between the AEV Pintler in argent, AEV Pintler in black, or the AEV Sevegre in black. Please help me with your thoughts...and please post pictures if you have them. Thank you!

None of the above. AEV Savegre in silver! :thumb:

In all honesty, if you would post pics, you would have more luck getting opinions.

Out of those choices, Pintlers in black. I'm not a fan of the Saverge wheel at all. Actually, not a huge fan of any of the AEV wheels.

I'd go with the black Savegre...but I have a thing for all-black wheels :)

Not digging on the AEV wheels, especially as they only come in 17" size, which will bleed you on tire cost.

How's that? :D

My vote is for the Pintlers in argent, but I am biased though!!!

More people have pintler or pintler style wheels. You won't see many Savegre's around, so if you like being different, there you go. As far as color, do you want them to stand out? If so, go with argent. If you want a more subdued look, go with black. Allot of people don't like the size, but I think that comes down to what you are willing to pay for tires and the type and frequency of your off roading activities. If you're planning on rock crawling, you want more rubber and a smaller wheel (or 40" tires). Whereas, if you're using it for light/moderate trails then you might not need as much.

Well, that's my $2 (damn inflation), hopefully some things to think about.

Thank you...I decided on black pintlers...

Here's some pics to see of a BFG with black Pintlers. Be aware that black Pintlers are in short supply right now so you might have to shop around to find some.

Pictures look great...looks like I made the right decision. I see they are hard to get at the moment so apparently I'm not the only one who likes them.
