lift sizes and tires

Hey guys, I have a 93 wrangler which currently has 31s with no lift I want to put a lift on and go to some 33s, just woundering what u guys have done with ur lift sizes that looks and works good and what tires would be best. Thank

spring over axle would be best bang for your buck. I did the SOA and a little bit bigger shackles and i'm running 35's no problem. You'll need a slip yoke eliminator and new speedo gear, and probably re-gear your diffs, though.....

I have a 4in Ruff Country lift that was $450 and 2in shackles that were about $50. I'm running 33x13.50 Nitto Mud Grapplers.

Thanks ill probally try the spring over axle and shackles if you could fit 35s with it on yoirs then ill skip the 33s and go to 35s haha.

This.

As far as tires, that depends on what you plan on doing with it? Mud, rocks, sand, all terrain, snow?

My fav tire right now are the Goodyear Duratracs. I have them on my Tacoma and will be getting them for Flo this week.

i plan on using them on the road, mudding, and trail riding. I was looking at the TSL Thornbird tires and was wondering if those would be good or not.

Those might be one of the worst radial tires marketed to the offroad world on the market today.. I have never in 5 years of offroading and offroad forums heard one person who liked them on or off road.. Those tires are a joke and a total waste of money

Those look pretty aggressive. Read a few reviews on other sites, and they seem to be average. Not very good in mud.

I read some reviews and most of them say they are good tires so i dont know what the person above you is talkin about, the only bad thing said is that alot of people say they are louder on the road than most tires so i think im keep looking haha i dont want any that are to loud
