Button in my jeep

There is a button in my jeep that i really dont know what it is? Its next to the traction control button. Its got a car going downhill and what looks like a cruise control button. And when i push it, it blinks in my dashboard but nothing happens and i cant find anything in the manual. Any idea??

Hill Descent Control. Now go take that DVD out of your glove compartment and scan to the Owner's Manual and read it. You can also download one at www.jeep.com.

I think that button is traction control button . It works well in light snow and sometimes rain That button keeps the car from spinning out of control. When u disengage it, your tires keep spinning until u grab traction.

Not in the printed quick start guide, check the fancy zippered pouch they gave you in the Jeep there should be a DVD in there that gives you a better description.
