Yeah, I just got back from Tuttle Creek ORV park this morning. I didn't do much, just got the lay of the land. I was by myself, there was NO ONE there (Tuesday morning, duh), and I can't for the life of me find my winch controls. My parents packed a bunch of my stuff up when I went to Afghanistan and I can't find that winch control anywhere. Didn't want to get in too far over my head without a winch or a buddy. Anyways, it's pretty cool out there.....anything from trails for little Jeeps (mine) to big Jeeps (Mr.C's) there. I can't wait to get some buddies and head out there for some real fun.

Sounds sweet. I think a trip up there in the next few months is starting to get in the works. I just got my jeep done (mostly) and I REALLY need to take it out for a weekend. I'll be moving to England in July for 3 years and I won't be taking my jeep :( so you can bet that there will be some sort of trip up there soon if I have anything to say about it.

Count me in when you get together for a trip out there. I've got a couple of Jeep buddies that will want to go as well, maybe 2 or 3 others. My schedule is pretty flexible, so anytime works for me. The Army pretty much lets me do whatever I want, whenever I want. I've paid my dues, you could say.....

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Yeah. Never made it back out that way. Sorry about that. I've got alot going on right now, but I'm still gonna try to get out there at least to take some pics. I'm waiting on a new winch remote as I've seemed to have lost my original one.....

Tribulation 12-03-2008 11:05 AM

Im heading out there today just to look around since I dont want to wheel alone. I will try to take a few pics.... I wont get too deep into it because I am a novice wheeler.... I just used to F*** around in my Samurai on atv trails on my farm so Im not used to anything big. This place will probably blow my mind.

distortedtj 12-03-2008 11:11 AM

Well good luck and have some fun. Let me know how muddy it is about this time of year. I'm trying to get up there REAL soon. But I don't likes the muddy.

Coyote_94YJ 12-03-2008 11:23 AM

Don't be a pussy Distorted. Get out there and throw some mud. I really don't have much of a choice over here. That's about all there is to do here is play in the mud.
Besides with the proper encouragement I know you will. :)

Your evil :firedevil:. But just for facts....that was from a gravel road I didn't know it was that bad til it was to late. I dislikes the mud.

Coyote_94YJ 12-03-2008 11:35 AM

Ya well you seemed to be having a lot of fun at the time. :D

Alright I just got back from Tuttle Creek Orv Area. I took several pics but tried not to venture far since I was alone, in a stock Wrangler, and I just bought it yesterday.:D I will upload the photos to photobucket and post the link here in a bit. Now remember I am not a pro photographer so the shots might look a little lame. I also tried to take some panoramic photos. Hope they turned out.

Here is the link to the album. Enjoy.

Nice pics, it sure is good looking country there.

Coyote_94YJ 12-03-2008 04:28 PM

Looks nice. Wish I was able to make it up there while I was in Kansas. We went down to Disney Oklahoma once instead. Didn't get much wheelin in because most of the good stuff was in accessible.

From previous conversations I've deduced that Mr. C doesn't think much of Tuttle Creek. That's why he talked us into going to Disney instead. An outing he was going to join but never did. We were set up. :)

4point 12-03-2008 05:54 PM

Oh, I was thinking it looks like good deer hunting country. Wheeling would be secondary.
