How to shift into 4wd

I just got a jeep wrangler yj 93 manual and im fairly new on this, what is the correct way to shift in to 4h and 4L? Thanks

come to a stop, shift the t-case into 4L, then start moving again. i believe the manual says not so go into 4lo at any speed over 2-4mph, which is why i just stop completely and do it, but you could do it if you're rolling very slow

2HI to 4HI can be done safely/easily at speeds of 55mph or less. Any higher and you risk grinding/breaking things.

4HI to N to 4LO should be done at either a full stop or no faster than 2-5mph like bulldawg mentioned.

I remember someone telling my to go into 4LO the front tires should always be straight, any truth in that?
