New to Maryland - not jeeps..

I wanted to say Hi! My jobs relocating me to Frederick from Minnesota / Florida in a few weeks. I've never been to the area so it's going to be an adventure. I've got a new JKU Rubicon and a well used and built XJ.

Mike

I looked it up and it only shows hiking and biking trails.

Thanks for the invite but I won't actually be in Frederick for about 3 weeks. Gotta find temp living till I find a house and all that too.

Not at all. I'll be working on research drive between 70 and 270, and will be looking for an area with good schools for my kids.

Thanks! Just heard back from a realtor who seems to think that wanting a 4 bedroom 2 bath newer house with 2 car garage wasn't doable in the 250k range but in the 350-450k range, "especially with a garage which means a larger lot." I don't get the quoted part - most homes seem to have an attached garage so how does that affect the lot size?

I'll be in the area the 23 or 24 and officially start looking then. Fun...
