I ordered a set of Bushwacker Flat Fenders for my 12 JK sport. I have heard that they are failry simple to install except for the cutting of the inner linners, which I heard can be a pain in the butt.
I did install rear BW flat fenders on my 06 LJ,. It was a dierct bolt on, no cutting and took about 1 hour. Front fenders were Genright Tube Fenders
Does anyone have any advise, tips or tricks for this install.

They're a pain, but not awful. Removing the factory flares goes smoother if you have a pushpin removal tool. And cutting the liner is not too bad with a dremel, but it gets hot and melts the plastic ehich leaves a messy edge. Installing the bolts for the supports is the worst part, be patient and have smaller hands available if possible. The actual flares are pretty easy....;)

IMO, I thought the install was a breeze. Its simple nuts and bolts. The trick is to clean out the holes on the fender, where it screws into the inner support
Just cut the pushpins off with wire cutters, you won't reuse them. Get a silver sharpie to trace your lines and cut with some HD scissors. I used tin snips for mine. It's better to undercut and have to go back to it then to cut too much off and have a gap. Also have an awl or tiny screwdriver to line up the holes when screwing the fenders to the brackets.
